How do I return an item?

At HardCore Hunters we strive to provide outstanding customer service. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please follow the following instructions.

All merchandise must meet the following conditions:

1. Email at info@hchunters.com for approval and a Return Authorization number

2. Return to HardCore Hunters within (30) days of purchase

3. Return in original packaging

4. Return to HardCore Hunters in resellable condition

5. Copy of invoice must be enclosed with merchandise

6. Enclose a brief letter of explanation for return

7. All returns must be prepaid No CODís accepted

8. All Closeout item sales are final:no refunds or exchanges

Items returned to HardCore Hunters, other than manufacturer defects, will be accepted at our discretion, if they meet our resellable condition policy. Any products that do not meet our resellable condition policy are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any package that has been refused will receive an additional return freight charge.
